My name is Marius Sipa and I've been in love with photography ever since I was a child and my father gave me a plastic, Holga-type camera, a relic of the Soviet era for my birthday. I didn't have money for film or developing, so I took my time with every shot in an effort to not waste film. As a young adult I took some Photography courses at Orange Coast College so I could learn how to process my own film and print my own prints with an enlarger. Digital photography soon entered the scene however and nowadays I shoot exclusively in digital, but sometimes I miss the old days of mixing chemicals and rolling unexposed film onto a spooler. Today I run a small photography business catering to stock photography work, architectural, corporate portraiture, weddings and engagements photography, product and commercial photography, and fine art, based in Irvine, California.
