I have my images on Pixmac but I have never uploaded any images to Pixmac?

This is because Pixmac has a partnership with Fotolia and features images from Fotolia. These images are designated as the Fotolia collection. Pixmac has no original. If you download an image, the payment goes directly to your Fotolia account so you get your commissions like any other downloads from Fotolia.

I can see number of downloads in my profile on Pixmac but I haven't got any money from you?

You don't have an actual account on Pixmac, only a Fotolia alias. It looks like any other profile and it shows number of sold images but those images were downloaded directly through your Fotolia account like any other downloads so you will get your commissions there.

I want you to delete my images provided by Fotolia.

If you delete your images from Fotolia they will be deleted from Pixmac as well but this synchronization is done only once a few days so it can take several days before your images disappear completely. If you want to delete your images faster, contact us with your nickname and the IDs of images you want to delete and they will disappear within one day.
