I have my images on Pixmac but I have never uploaded any images to Pixmac?

This is because Pixmac has a partnership with several agencies and features images from them. The particular agreement is different for each agency:

• RF agencies:
  Pixmac has no original. If someone downloads an image, the payment goes directly to your home account so you get your commissions like any other downloads from your home agency.
• Image Source, Moodboard:
  Images are hosted on hub. If someone downloads an image, it is downloaded from this database. Pixmac reports all purchases once a month so you should get your commissions from your agency according to this report. For more info please contact your agency directly. 

I can see number of downloads in my profile on Pixmac but I haven't got any money from you?

You don't have an actual account on Pixmac, only an alias. It looks like any other profile and it shows number of sold images but:

• RF agencies: those images were downloaded directly through your home account like any other downloads so you will get your commissions there.
• Image Source, Moodboard: Pixmac sends a report with all purchases made during the last month so you should get your commissions from your agency according to this purchase.

I want you to delete my images provided by another agency.

If you delete your images from your agency they will be deleted from Pixmac as well but this synchronization is done only once a few days so it can take several days before your images disappear completely. If you want to delete your images faster, contact us with your nickname and the IDs of images you want to delete and they will disappear within one day.

I have deleted my images from my home agency already but they are still on Pixmac.
